FINALLY! I've been accepted to another category!

It only took about 3 weeks for Dmoz to approve me for another category, but it finally came. After 2 weeks of waiting I had actually stopped waiting and expected it to take awhile. Well, I waited so long that I decided to apply for another category in a different branch of the directory, so I had two outstanding editor applications for different categories. Now, I'm just waiting for my second application to be approved or rejected.

I submitted 3 sample sites with my last application this time, instead of only 2 sites. Hopefully, it'll be approved or declined within a weeks time, but I'm not betting anything on it. With my last application I wasn't so sure about 1-2 of the sites I gave, so I wouldn't be surprised if I get rejected for that category, although I hope I don't. It was kind of boring looking for sites for the cat., but I did it anyway because I wanted to apply for it. Plus, I had no choice but to look for sites since there's no other way to edit in the category, besides asking for greenbusting privileges, which I wouldn't have to supply sample sites.

Hopefully, this weekend I'll have my newest category in tip top shape so that I can apply for a sister category. And, hopefully, I'll have my latest application approved, too, by the time I'm finished.

I'm trying to edit in different branches of the directory so I can try something new instead of always editing the same ole' lame categories in the same ole' lame parts of the directory; I like to switch it up a bit.

1710 / 477 unique adds / 461 deletes / 272 unreviewed

1710 is my total number of edits.

477 is the total number of sites I've added to the directory.

461 is the total number of sites I've deleted from the directory.

272 is the total number of sites I've either left in review or sent to another category for review; I didn't delete or add them.
